I took my daughter in to be seen and there were some minor issues with her insurance company, I called and spent a large amount of time on the phone with the insurance company, got everything fixed took names and numbers even the codes for how it should be filled. Called lifetime eye care, and gave them all the information that they needed to get paid through the insurance company. They are refusing to see my daughter when they are the company that is dropping the ball on getting the insurance to pay them! It's rude and cruel, especially when they are one of the few offices in our local area that take Washington state insurance, my daughter has active insurance. Lifetime eye care is obvious they're only in it for every drop of money! My adult daughter is struggling to see and getting headaches. Lifetime eye care's top priority is the $ from the insurance that they have to file correctly to receive. Why I won't just pay it? Why should i when every time I call the insurance company they say it's on lifetime eye care to just simply refile it correctly they will be paid! Due to how they have treated us over this process of agreeing with me and yet refusing to see my daughter until they are paid by the insurance. I would not recommend going to lifetime eye care!

Yes, she was uninsured for that particular day, a lapse in coverage, while on the phone with wa Medicaid they said she qualify for uninsured insurance for cases like this when there is a lapse in coverage through Washington state Medicaid. I gave all that information to your staff along with how to file the claim. I asked Washington medicaid, if I pay it would they pay me back and they said no, to have lifetime eye care refile she is covered for that visit. Today She has absolutely perfect coverage & active, no issues And yet your company refused to see her over this past dollar amount that your company just needs to file correctly to get. Yes I'm very frustrated over this.

Lifetime Eye Care is exceptional! I was in Lewiston for mtgs, my glasses needed a quick repair, they took care of the issue quickly, professionally, with friendly, amazing customer service. I highly recommend them! They even sent me out the door with a complimentary lense cleaner and cloth wipe. Thank you!!

My husband and I were visiting the area and he had some vision issues that we thought need checked. I called and they were willing to see him same day. The staff was very helpful and the Doctor was very thorough and explained the situation in terms that we could understand. He wanted him to see a retinal specialist. He took the time to google a specialist in our area and promptly sent a referral. Thank you so much.

Dr Bell is friendly and great with all ages. Staff is great all around and will help with all your needs from glasses to contacts as well as sunglasses. I will recommend them anyone. They have my business for a lifetime

Dr. Bell and the team are courteous, professional, and kind. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in. They spent time to explain each step of the eye exam and never pressured you in any way. This is a place I will bring my whole family!

Took our 3 boys and myself to Lifetime Eye Care. It was a positive experience. I appreciated how Dr. Bell addressed the boys as he did their exam. The boys all liked it so much they asked when they get to go back. I call that a win!

Stephanie, Julia, and Natasha are very professional and courteous and Dr.Isaac Bell answered all my questions about my eyes...they have a great assortment of eyes glasses and if you want contacts they will do that too...thank you ladies for a job well done
